Twinkle Sprinkles is still currently operating as per normal as there is only one person behind the scenes working, mixing, packaging and dealing with all your Sprinkle needs.
Please be assured that we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure that your Sprinkles arrive to you in a completely safe manner, free from any potential hazards.
In regards to shipping, all orders are processed and shipped as usual however our shipping partner is Australia Post and they are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. These delays can be up to a few weeks, and we ask that you bear with them during this challenging time.

Express Shipping up to 1kg - $11.00
Standard Shipping over 1kg - $13.50
Express Shipping over 1kg - $16.00
Sendle Courier over 5kg - $15.00
Shipping Times and Speed:
All orders are generally sent same day, if ordered by 2pm. However, delays may occur and if this happens, your order will be sent within 24-48hrs.
Standard Shipping can take between 3-10 business days and Express Shipping can take between 1-3 business days, possibly longer if you are in a rural area. These times are estimates, some parcels may arrive sooner and others may arrive later. Couriers can take between 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Your order will be shipped using the method you check out with so please choose carefully.
Please double check your shipping address before checking out, Twinkle Sprinkles does not offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping details.
If you need your order by a specific date, please order ahead as Australia Post and Courier delivery times are approximate and not a guarantee.
We will not take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post and Couriers as they are out of our control.
All orders come with tracking numbers. The tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. You can track the status of your delivery by clicking the "view my order" link in the email and then by clicking the tracking number.
We have the same information as you do regarding tracking, unfortunately. If you want more information on your delivery, please contact Australia Post or Sendle.
If your order has been lost and not delivered we will happily open a missing item enquiry with Australia Post or Sendle, if needed.
If your tracking number has no updated information after 10 business days and you've had no luck with a missing item enquiry, you may receive a refund or replacement.
If your tracking number states that it has been delivered but you claim you have not received it and you've checked your mailbox, checked with neighbours and your local post office, please contact Australia Post or Sendle.
New Zealand Customers: You can use your tracking number and check with New Zealand Post for an update on your order.
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand at this stage. We are slowly working on adding more regions to the our list.
