Shipping Policy

Current COVID-19 Crisis Policy:

Twinkle Sprinkles is still currently operating as per normal as there is only one person behind the scenes working, mixing, packaging and dealing with all your Sprinkle needs.

Please rest assured that we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure that your Sprinkles arrive to you in a completely safe manner, free from any potential hazards.

In regards to shipping, all orders are processed and shipped as usual however our shipping partner is Australia Post and they are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. These delays can be up to a few weeks, and we ask that you bear with them during this challenging time.

Shippings Costs:

All orders are sent using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping up to 5kg  - $9.50

Express Shipping up to 5kg - $11.50 



Shipping Times and Speed:

Majority of orders are sent same day, if ordered by 2pm, however, delays may occur. Orders placed during peak holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, etc) can take up to 3 business days to process.

Standard Shipping can take between 3-10 business days and Express Shipping can take between 1-3 business days, possibly longer for country rural areas. These times are estimates, some parcels may arrive sooner and others may arrive later.

Your order will be shipped using the method you check out with and to the address you have provided. Please email us immediately, if any changes are to be made.

If you need your order by a specific date, please order ahead as Australia Post delivery times are approximate and not a guarantee.

We will not take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post as they are out of our control. 


Parcel Tracking:

All orders come with tracking numbers within your shipping confirmation email. You can track the status of your order by clicking the "view my order" link in the email.

We have the same information as you do regarding your tracking number. If you would like more information on your delivery, please contact Australia Post.

If your order has been lost and/or not delivered correctly we will happily help with any enquiries with Australia Post, if needed.

If your tracking number states that it has been delivered but you claim you have not received it and you've checked your mailbox, checked with neighbours and your local post office, please contact Australia Post.


International Shipping:

We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand at this stage. We hope to ship our sprinkles to other countries as soon as possible.

New Zealand Customers: You can use your tracking number and check with New Zealand Post or Australia Post for an update on your order.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are the customers responsibility. These are not included in product and shipping costs. Please contact your countries customs office for more information before purchasing.
